Outlook plugin Disabled Health monitor status

Question_md: Why Am I seeing Outlook plugin disabled in the Status of an endpoint?

Answer_md: Found disabled plugin message in health_monitor.txt. We write this message when we lose connection with the plugin. In this case HealthMon works as follows:

  1. Check the connection with the plugin.
  2. If there is no connection, check the registry ({sid}\Software\Microsoft\Office\{officeVersion}\{appName \Resiliency\DisabledItems) for disabled plugins.
  3. If we find some disabled plugins in the registry, we write a message.

As a potential fix:

  1. Close outlook.
  2. From HKEY_USERS\{sid}\Software\Microsoft\Office\{officeVersion}\Outlook\Resiliency\DisabledItems remove the value 4E19FFE. Screenshot shows where health mon found this registry key.
  3. Start Outlook again and wait for endpoint status updates.
